Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.
Ship the Goods
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt for confirmation.
Await Inspection
Our team will inspect the returned gear within 5 business days of arrival and issue your refund or ship out your exchange.
